Trail Work in the Santa Fe Canyon Preserve

Please join us as we return to the Santa Fe Canyon Preserve to work on the trail we helped build last year in collaboration with The Nature Conservancy, Ecotone Landscape Planning, and Rocket Ramps.  This time we will take advantage of current weather conditions to focus on seeding areas along the trail that need it

The trailhead parking lot has recently been expanded so feel free to head right up to the Cerro Gordo Trailhead for this work day.  Bring work boots, long pants, sun protection, and water.  Paul Hewittt of Trails Alliance of Santa Fe will bring the tools and Jan-Willem Jansens of Ecotone Landscape Planning will provide the seed and guidance on distributing it.
