Seven volunteers joined the Trail Volunteer Coordinator at La Tierra Trails’ Frijoles Trailhead to deal with erosion issues that had been identified between junctions 26 and 29 and north of junctions 9 and 10.  Work at the latter location included a short re-route to retire a problematic section of gullied trail.

A hopelessly gullied section of trail northwest of junction 9, with flagging in place for proposed reroute.

The completed re-route, as seen from above.  Not shown is the much-improved entry to an arroyo at rear left.
