Route 66 100th Anniversary Cruise

Join SFCT’s Trails Program Manager, Tim Rogers, on a FREE Community Cruise bicycle ride celebrating the 100th Anniversary of Route 66.
We will ride parts of Historic Route 66 (1926-37 alignment) as well as Adventure Cycling Association’s “Bike Route 66,” mostly in the greater downtown area, including stops at relevant historic sites. Meet at Plaza, 10 am. Includes riding on roads and paved trails (10 miles with option for just 4).
*Participants will need to supply their own bicycle
Coming soon: Wayfinding signage to guide cyclists along parts of Bike Route 66 in Santa Fe, a small part of SFCT’s technical assistance to City Public Works to improve bicycle wayfinding throughout the area.
