South Side Community Cruise

May 9 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Join SFCT’s Trails Program Manager, Tim Rogers, on this FREE bicycle ride celebrating BIKE MONTH – our first guided South Side Community Cruise in eight years.  We will explore Santa Fe’s growing network of urban trails in the southwest part of town, including the newly-expanded Tierra Contenta Trail, the River Trail, and the Camino Real Trail, and how to connect them with each other on relatively “bike-friendly” roads.  The ride will include a visit to Santa Fe Safe Routes to School Program’s annual “Bike Fiesta” (details forthcoming), including options to start or finish yoru ride at that ocation as well.  Includes approximately eight miles of riding on paved trails, roads with bike lanes, and some easy dirt trails.  Meet at South Side Library, 6599 Jaguar Dr., at 10 am.

*Participants will need to supply their own bicycle

Our last South Side Community Cruise was with students from The Masters Program in 2018.
