Galisteo Basin Trail Work
This week’s Wednesday Trail Work Day will be in the Galisteo Basin under the leadership of the Santa Fe Fat Tire Society. Volunteers will meet up with Peter Stocker of SFFTS at the Thumb Trailhead at 9 am in order to conduct badly needed erosion control and trail restoration work in the wake of the recent major stormwater event there. If you are planning on participating, please fill out SFFTS’s online liability waiver which is available at https://app.waiverforever.com/pending/DVWs7eouam1427317473 . Bring work boots, long pants/shirt sleeves, sun protection, snacks, and water, and maybe your favorite work gloves. Peter will have the tools, as well as loaner work gloves if you need them.
