Come help City trail volunteers to maintain and improve La Tierra Trails. We will meet at Calabasas Trailhead, the northernmost trailhead on Camino de los Montoyas near the cell tower (see Foothill Trails Map). Then we will carpool to a location near the northwest corner of the trails, where public access is now possible through trails across a brand new, SFCT-held Conservation Easement.
We will be posting signage on those public trails and working on erosion control in the NW corner of La TIerra Trails. Bring work boots, long pants/shirt sleeves, sun protection, snacks, and water. I’ll bring the tools!
