It’s time for Santa Fe’s families and schoolkids to get their bikes out and ready to roll for Spring riding!  The Santa Fe Safe Routes to School initiative is holding three Bicycle Fix-It Fiestas for families and kids from all around the area:

So shake off those goatheads and come and get those flats fixed, brakes adjusted, and help with whatever else is needed to get your bike ready for “Bike Month” in May – starting with Walk and Roll to School Day on Wed., May 4!

Also enjoy food, music, a guided “Community Cruise” bike ride, and a chance to provide input on the Action Plan to create a sustainable Safe Routes to School program into the future for Santa Fe.  Thanks to REI, Chainbreakers, Bike Santa Fe, and SFPS schools for stepping forward to provide support for this event, which is also open to the general public.
