Over 45 riders joined the “Tour de Sequoia” on the morning of July 5, 2025 – one of the biggest “Commuity Cruises” ever!  Special thanks to volunteers Maggie Odell, Yates Coulter, and Susan Coulter, who came up with the idea, researched and mapped the trees, helped determine the cycling route between them, and helped manage the considerable crowd of curious cyclists as we meandered around Santa Fe’s East Side, where these trees were planted back in the 1960s or so.  All in all we visited 23 trees on this nearly three-hour tour.  Four more that we know of were beyond the limits of this easy cruise and can be seen on the back of the pdf map linked below.
